The purpose of fed gov grants

The U.S. Small Business Administration – SBA is created in 1953 as an independent agency of the Federal Government for the purpose of rendering assistance, support and protection the interests of small business, preservation of a free competition. Apparently, following a proverb: “If you wish to feed a person, do not give him a fish, but teach him how to catch it”, is the purpose of all these programs. The actual purpose of the fed gov grants is to teach people how to earn and how to spend reasonably the earned money. As a rule, similar structures do not give money, trying to replace thereby a role of bank structures what is inadmissible. Only lobbyist and consulting services are rendered and also guarantees are given if necessary. Pay attention that nothing free of charge is given – services are given on a credit basis, i.e. with a payment delay. Reduced rates are given on occasion, but they are extremely rare.
