Who processes Marriage Visas
Actually, the marriage visas are processed through a subdivision of DSH known as USCIS, or the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. If your bride or groom is outside the United States, you (the U.S. citizen in the United States) needs to file for a K-1 visa.
You must remain unmarried until your bride or groom arrives in the United States, and the wedding must take place within ninety days of the other party’s arrival in the U.S. The form for the K-1 application is USCIS Form I-129F, which can be downloaded for free off the internet.
