If you are married to an American citizen and wish to immigrate to the US. You have several options.  Perhaps the fastest way is to apply for marriage visas known as a non-immigrant K-3 visa. This is as opposed to applying for a green card/immigrant visa, which can take anywhere from six to 12 months. The K-3 visa is faster because it is temporary.  Once your partner obtains one for you, you can then reside in the United States and then begin the process of obtaining a green card.

My sister Alice is younger to me by two years. I am seventeen now. Alice had a close friend, Shelly and they were quite inseparable.  About a year ago, my mother and I started noticing a change in Alice's behaviour and nature. From being a happy and exuberant person, she suddenly withdrew into herself and became very quiet. We thought it was a passing phase and ignored it for a time.

One of the best ways to find out if your wife is cheating is to observe. Yes, observe her every move. Watch out for each and every change in her behavior. If she has stopped complaining about you spending your free time on playing video games or with friends rather than with her, it is a sure shot indication that she does not want you anymore.  Cheating spouses are often those who have given up on resolving their problems, and seek comfort elsewhere.  Don't thank her for the change in her attitude; rather look for reasons behind it. Actually, the marriage visas are processed through a subdivision of DSH known as USCIS, or the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. If your bride or groom is outside the United States, you (the U.S. citizen in the United States) needs to file for a K-1 visa.

You must remain unmarried until your bride or groom arrives in the United States, and the wedding must take place within ninety days of the other party’s arrival in the U.S. The form for the K-1 application is USCIS Form I-129F, which can be downloaded for free off the internet.

Green card marriages have indeed made it very simple for American citizens to marry foreign nationals and then smooth out the process for their acquisition of a green card. But these green card marriages are very strictly looked into. The marriages have to be in good faith and the immigration officials do come down heavily on marriages that were conducted only for the benefits of immigration. It is required that the marriage be well-documented from the start.
