The evolution of organizational culture theories has followed the direction that the working environment has taken. What is most interesting about these theories is that each one can apply to various types of industries. There is no one size fits all for a particular industry. This is because for the most part, human behavior is somewhat predictable. People have their reasons for working, and if certain needs are not being met, the work environment will be affected. The absence of certain motivational factors can create a stir within a work culture.
