When getting small business phone systems, you must first see whether your business is really equipped only for a small system, or whether you should go for something bigger, like a PBX phone system. Typically, if your company has less than 40 employees, then small business phone systems will do. Then also keep upgrades in mind. If your business is definitely going to advance in the next year to a bigger one, then it will be a big waste to remove the small business phone system and replace it with a bigger one. But if you are going to stay at least for five more years as a small business, then you will recover the costs of the system.
