Leveling The Management Playing Field

 

Personnel management for years was considered an art.  Some people seemed to have the capability to do it and do it well and others were less effective.  In the periods of bull markets and unlimited growth the managers that has the less skills could be tolerated because demand was enough to overcome mismanagement losses.  As companies grew larger and more demands were placed on personnel fewer and fewer managers rose to the level of effective.  Infohrm has developed as system that levels the human capital management playing field.  With their software properly installed and applied personnel management becomes an organizational issue rather than an individual one.
