Effective Part Of The Company
I know that I feel so much better about myself and my work when I know that it is being recognized and appreciated. I was awarded with an Employee Recognition Plaque that I hang up in my office, and it reminds me every day that I have been an effective part of the company. My behavior at work, and the good attitude that I brought every day, were key factors in my appreciation. I am grateful to be a part of a company that realizes the rights of the employees. It is so much more important than most companies realize, and most need some work.
