Mr. Krakovsky, Mr. West and Mr. Almeida, left for a fishing trip together with their respective families the last weekend. These three friends also happen to be the share holders of a particular limited liability corporation in Ohio. Their company being a limited liability company relieves them from the burden from unending liability. They can work as per their will and wish.
